We gladly accept returns on regular-priced purchases made within 30 days of purchase in Australia. Purchases made outside of these countries are considered final sale.

All items must be returned in new, sellable condition, including the original packaging with tags attached. Our brand reserves the right to refuse returns if the item is not in its original, sellable condition.

All items purchased with a promo code or marked as sale items are considered final sale unless otherwise specified.

We do not offer price adjustments. Sales, promotions, or discounts cannot be applied to past orders.

To submit a return request, log into your account within seven days of receiving your order to initiate the return. Select the order and item you wish to return.

When returning your item, we recommend using a secure courier service with tracking. Our brand is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit while returning your item.

Please note that once your returned item arrives at our distribution center, the returns department may take up to 7-10 business days to inspect your order and approve a refund.

If the condition of the returned item is approved, we will initiate a full refund minus any original shipping charges paid or covered by our brand. This includes items shipped at no upfront cost to the customer due to a "free shipping" promotion.

Our brand does not assume any shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

All orders are shipped with AUSPOST in Australia. If you make a purchase outside of Australia, import fees and sales taxes are non-refundable through our brand. We suggest contacting the organization to whom you paid these fees or your local customs bureau if you have questions.
